Changes are shared live with the whole team.
Changes apply immediately, for the whole team.
This account is not on the MUZE Records access list. Ask an administrator to add it.
Only these Google accounts can open the app.
Administrator — sees everything, deletes contacts, changes settings and this list.
Editor — reads and edits contacts, cannot delete or change settings.
Viewer — read only.
Nothing leaves the app from here. Drafts are written and approved in the app, then sent by hand from the MUZE outreach mailbox.
The draft is written from what we actually know about this person. If that is not enough, it will say so instead of writing filler.
Approving sends nothing. Mark a message as sent only after it has actually gone out.
Everyone's agenda in one place, in Amsterdam time. A clash on the same person is flagged, never blocked — you decide.
Phase 1, until 2 December: every team mail is copied. Here you see what was kept, what is waiting for you and what was dropped. Only admins see this screen.
Times are Amsterdam time. Nothing here is sent anywhere — this is our own agenda.
